#1

It all starts with a plan...

I began by selecting platforms for both podcast (anchor.fm) and webinars (crowdcast). Then I sat down and mapped the editorial calendar. From there it was time to reach out to talent. Luckily with Harbor’s name recognition, recruiting was easy.

Scripts & Rehearsals

For each recording or live event we did, there was a process behind it. First, I would outline a script and get the team’s input. After iterating the script, I would share it with the guest(s) and we would have at least one rehearsal.

#3

Audio Assets

I oversaw the creation of an introduction to the podcast and an outro. I also initially contracted to have help editing the audio. Eventually I learned how to do this and did it myself.

#4

Recording

A seamless recording takes a thourough rehearsal and a bit of coaching for the guests, as well as tech troubleshooting on the fly!

#5

Live Virtual Events

For live virtual events, building audience was critical. This required planning and creating ad, social and newsletter campaigns for each event well in advance.

#6

Disseminating The Final Product

We announced the release of podcasts and webinars through newsletter and social campaigns.
